ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders received are processed the next business day and typically shipped 2-3 business days after that. Customers can choose free standard shipping (United States Postal Service: First Class) with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days, or UPS ground.
SHIPPING
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more in the US and a flat rate of $7 if the order total is below $50. Customers can choose UPS Ground for $11.50.
For orders to Canada we have two options; $15 USPS First Class and $25 USPS Priority Mail.
Extrait de Parfums can only ship to the continental U.S. We cannot ship Extrait de Parfums to APOs or FPOs.

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, please email us at INFO@FULTONANDROARK.COM and we’ll make it right.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We designed and built our Solid Fragrance metal squares to last. If yours accidentally gets damaged or becomes inoperable, please contact us. We will be happy to replace it with a new square, so long as it does not appear your square was intentionally damaged.
RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with any of our full-sized products, please contact us at INFO@FULTONANDROARK.COM for returns within 30 days to receive a full refund or exchange. We ask that you include a copy of your receipt with your order.
Returns for Extrait de Parfums will only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused.
Discovery sets are not eligible for returns or refunds.
